De-seeding tomatoes? No problem, we've got just the gadget for you!

So I had a cooking class this past weekend, but many of my dishes had to be pre-made.  For instance, home-made chorizo tostadas (which was made 24 hrs in advance), refried beans (pre-made) and chiles rellenos served with a vinagrette (pretty easy to make).  Being that it was a cooking class, I felt that something should be made in front of "my people", so I made a Tomato Tarte Tatin from Bon Appetit, August 2010 issue. It was a hit!  But, the main ingredient -- TOMATOES -- needed to be blanched, de-seeded and have the cores removed.  My little PROGRESSIVE Pepper Seed and Stem Remover came in handy!  Try it out and see what you think!
