Adventure to Khyber Pass Afghan Restaurant

With a mix of Afghan, Turkish and Indian food varieties, you are sure to give your "discriminating palate" a taste of some good stuff! The varieties of food range from wonderful appetizers like "Aushak", which is a small portion of scallion-filled dumplings with yogurt, meat sauce and a bit of mint; a soup like "Mashawa", which is a five-bean soup with dill and other entrees from lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables and Kabobs. I tried the Mashawa soup which was amazingly flavorful and complex and a mixed vegetable curry which contained an assortment of vegetables cooked with yogurt and curry sauce. So, take a friend, take a date or take your neighbor! "Just Do It"!
