What is your nutrition IQ?

Albertson's Grocery Store is the grocery store I normally shop at and now they carry these great pamphlets called, "Nutrition iQ" at the checkout counter.  If you get a chance, pick one up.   If you want to make wiser choices at the supermarket, this is a great tool.  Albertsons collaborated with a group of dieticians from Joslin Clinic, part of an academic medical center that is affiliated with Harvard Medical School.  Very ingenious!
They use a great description now for shelf signs throughout the store indicating benefits such as: "Excellent Source of Fiber", "Low Sodium", "Low Calorie" and so on and so on.  You should pick one up next time you are at the market!
