Planning a Healthy Diet & Sticking to It

This is a nice website to refer to -- especially after a weekend that involves foods that are not (and should not) be on your regular diet regimen. It's hard enough as an adult to "keep your diet in check" by eating the right foods in the right proportions, but it's probably harder for kids that don't have the full understanding of what eating right should or could be. They need the example of their parents and other adults who give them good lessons to follow. And it's not about "being bad" if you don't eat the ideal foods -- everyone has a bad day -- it's about being consistent with your good food choices most of the time. This website gives some good ideas....check it out.
