Healthy Fast Food and Take Out

The weekend is here -- you have eaten well all week, not too much of any particular item like second helpings or indulgent desserts or french fries -- so, you deserve a cheeseburger or pizza or butterscotch pudding, right? Don't be too quick to go there though, think about how you will feel the next morning when you step on the scale. Instead, do order take out or go to a favorite restaurant, just look for ways to cut out extra calories by simply having less cheese, less bread or having fruit for dessert instead of the chocolate cake...check out these tasty and healthy tips. And if you are going to have that piece of cake -- which I would do from time to time -- share it with a loved one!
