Top 10 Nutrition Misconceptions

Here we are again -- Monday -- ready to start the week off by eating the most nutritious foods? Great! But, first let's review some of the Top 10 Nutrition Misconceptions provided by the Food Network's Healthy Eats. It's important to review these again and again since we seem to fall back on many of these misconceptions believing that they are true such as "#4 If you exercise, you can eat whatever you want" or "#5 You can't eat late at night".
