Olympic Fitness: What Olympian are you like?

So many components must go into Olympic Fitness from maintaining healthy eating habits, to continued motivation, consistency in exercise routines and tremendous amounts of discipline. This website gives a wide overview from the perspective of many of the Olympians regarding their own training and challenges, what foods are recommended to eat and even listening to videos where sports enthusiasts give their advice on taking part in particular sports.
