Eating healthy doesn't mean eating foods that taste like cardboard, especially if you use spices! Experimenting could be the best part and preparing a wide array of spice mixes for future uses is easy. Check some of these out...
For Indian spices, try Masala which means spice mix in India. There are various types from mild to hot, but you can use them on meats and vegetables.
