Some of the Top 10 detox foods

As the holidays approach, there is the hustle and bustle of work and family obligations in addition to an unwanted amount of germs floating around. Wouldn't you say there is a general need to seek out natural food "detoxifiers" that stimulate productivity and overall well being? There are a ton of processed foods out there that will not go away -- you know which ones -- the donuts that your boss brought to work as a thank you for working so hard, the pizza with everything on it brought in for lunch, the happy hour munchies that you look forward to after a long day at the office. No need to completely punish yourself all together by not eating any of these foods, but why not limit it to something smaller, like a bite-size piece of donut with a banana, a thinner slice of pizza and water or a handful of popcorn instead of potato skins for happy hour?
It's almost impossible to say you won't eat anything processed, but you can limit the amounts you will eat. By doing all that you can to prevent eating those processed foods can only improve your chances of building up your immune system and keeping you healthy.
