Keeping healthy with these flu-fighting foods

Whether or not you are one of the poor souls who has gotten the flu this year, its always good to know some of the life-saving foods to have around in case this happens to you. Fortunately, it has been a while since I've had the flu, but once you've had it, its hard to forget it, right? You get the body aches and pains, the pounding headaches, sore throat, bleary-eyed look -- you know what I'm talking about right?  The following foods are great because they provide much needed vitamins and minerals that your body needs in order to combat the flu-bug.
