Dr. Andrew Weil's perspective on Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

Last night for the first time in awhile, I felt a slight chance of getting a cold. Aside from the fact that the weather has gotten cooler, its just that time when one starts to see more and more colds and flus. I made a quick home remedy of 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and a 1/4 cup of honey in a tight-sealed jar and shook it vigorously. In addition to my frequent water drinks, I mixed in a tbsp. of the vinegar/honey solution and so far, it has worked marvelously.
