Watercress tops list of "powerhouse fruits and vegetables"

Aside from the regular fruits and vegetables that you may hear about in the news for their healthful benefits, there are also many others that go unnoticed for a long time -- until they get noticed...again.

Nutritionally speaking, it's hard to beat this plant for overall vitamins and minerals. It has also been studied and found to be a good preventative measure for cancer and great for the immune system as it contains a good amount of vitamin C.
